Well I'm off work today, so my goals today are to work on my stuff for school, go to my doctor's appointment, maybe go to the gym, and to take a couple naps here and there. This is a good day.

1) I have to go the shops and buy crayons (Dont ask why!lol)
2)Buy some Ink for the printer (but i doubt I'll do that)
2) Have to go the shops and buy some fruit and veg/lucozade
3) Finish my book (although I'm only on page 10 of 400, but hey you never know)
4) Go running for 1 whole hour , Jogging non stop, I'm gotten to 45Min's non stop, hope today i can do 1 hour
5) Go to bed, and hopefully wake up tomorrow!

1. Delete my yahoo account of 5 years and come up with a new one. (done btw)
2.Get my new wife to clean out my old barracks so we can clear the darn thing.
3. Finish my slide presentation for the commander by close of business.
4. Call my little sister and give her one of thos big brother "everythings gonna be alright" talks.
