Another young Hollywood life going down the drain. Such a pity when famous people don't use their fame,talent,& money to do good in the world. She is young. Maybe she will wise up and turn her life around while there is still time.

Wow. She's a train wreck. Six months in jail. Anyone who has had the legal problems this girl has had would have been given time for ANOTHER DUI.
What some of these kids do with fame makes me sick.

It's ridiculous, and she obviously has a problem. It's too bad that she's gone from the cute, smart-alecky little girl from The Parent Trap (remake) to a lost, drugged-out starlet. I hope she figures out her life before she dies because she did something stupid, something that could of been prevented.

I'm disappointed in her. I really thought she was a decent kid and a talented actress. She should be punished just as any of us "common folk" would be punished. Maybe then Hollywood would learn there are consequences for their actions...hopefully before Lindsey kills innocent people.

give the case a change of venue to say iowa, michigan, alabama etc. do not let her enter the court and refer to her only as "the defendant" i would love to see the verdict and sentence. i bet it will be much more severe then the one shje really gets.

It irks me to hear about these celebrities ( and athletes ) who are the worst role models for our youth to look up to.
Guess that ankle monitor didn't phase her one bit!
