If a girl gets almost everything she wants from her parents but works very hard at school like a straight A student. Lives in a 2 story custom house. Has two closets, an iPhone, pink suffle, blue nano, pink verizon razr, micheal kors handbags, 2 chanel handbags, 1 louis vuitton, pink prada purse, and over 50 handbags. She travels first class. Goes to a private school that costs 15,000 a year. Shops a lot. Owns a lot of designer stuff. She has two rooms and two bathrooms, and she got to redocorate both of her rooms 2 times in 2 years (from PBTeen). Would you consider this girl to be a brat?

Well she does chores though and earns money for something if she really wants it but her parents won't get it for her.

She's not mean or stuck up either.

2 iPods because nano almost broke but then got fixed kinda stupid but oh well. 2 cell phones sounds stupid but it's because the Razr was verizon and they couldn't end the contract and she did chores for the iPhone. So she earned it basically.

Thanks for answering most of you guys were nice! Oh anyways to answer that girls question she redecorated it twice because she moved after a year so basically once in each house. The purses aren't all designer only 8 or something but a lot of them are like totes from A&F and Vera bradley and etc.

She's not a brat if she's a nice person and is a straight A student. I would say she is privaleged and deserves some of it. As long as she doesn't brag about it and earns some of it then she sounds like a good person. Good luck!

Most definitely!! Who needs all those handbags and to re-decorate your room that often. By her parents giving her everything she wants the risk is that she may grow up not to appreciate the value of money and be wasteful and self centred. Maybe her parents should spend more quality time with her instead of filling her life with all these possessions. Also, if I had that much money I would be more charitable rather than buy all those designer bags - I would get more pleasure from donating to an animal shelter than carrying round the latest bag, if I already had so many. The world is crazy and people are too bothered about self image and making sure they've got the latest everything. However, suppose I'm a bit jealous of her too! It all depends on who she is inside and what sort of person, hopefully she will learn that having all those things won't necessarily make her happy and she can gain far greater happiness in other ways and be adding value to the world

No.. not really,
a brat is if she is mean and bitchy!!

but she seems to be, like you said "a straght A student..
and, if her parents are very wealthy, they give her stuff as as reward.. and she may also feel that because she has got so much, she sorta owes her parents something.. so thts where all the grades and stuff come in...

also.. the parents are a bit too lenient and a bit generous..
but she is not a brat... she seems to be nice and a hardworking student, who has a job, and does work for her own money... u gotta respect tht...

and mate,... she's a teenage girl, of course u would want all of tht stuff, she's very lucky,

.. but as long as her parents teach her to repect money and its value.. so as of now.. she's not a brat because she's a teen (i think), but she may become one.. (though i think its very unlikely)

and just before i finish off, this is all in my opninon!!!
and also people who are dissing this girl out.. have u always gotten straight A's and never bragged or beeen a B**ch?? and accept your life for what it is and don't care about other peeps possessions, ur life is urs!!!(there are some exceptions :P)
sorry if i have offended anyone in this answer...

and i hope i could help!!
tangy_mango1

ps. Are you this girl???? (u seem to know a lot about her) ;)

Instead of wasting all that money, maybe she should send some of it to people who are less fortunate? I'd say anyone with that kind of money who isn't using it for a better cause than Chanel handbags is a selfish, horrible person.

If someone is that lucky to have the money to buy all of those things, they really should stop and think about someone else. If I had that money... I would help people. I would sponsor as many starving children around the world as I could, donate money to look into cancer and other serious health issues... and donate money to HSUS and Farm Sanctuary. It makes me sick when people live so lavishly when there are so many horrible things going on in the world- things that can be helped with the same money making them into horrible people. Ugh.

No.
Her parents are teaching her really bad values, though. A Chanel bag costs, at the low end, about $1700. She is, unfortunately, a walking consumer advertisement. Too bad for her.
But you say she's a A student. So she works at learning.
Just having all this stuff, and living in her parents' custom house and going to a fancy school, is more about her parents than it is about her.
If she is nice, then she's nice, no matter what she is wearing.

Well she gets good grades and earns the stuff her parents give her.
Shes spoiled but I think she deserves at least some of it.
And if shes not a brat and doesnt brag about it, its not really a problem if shes grateful for what theyve given her.

Well she is doing well at school,so i guess her parents are trying to encourage/praise her,but with all of those things has she contributed towards any of them or does she just ask or say can I have if she does then I would say yes.If not and she is reasonably well behaved and help her parents then I would say they are overdoing it,but she isn't disrespectful and although she has lots of stuff she still has manners then they could still give her stuff but just not as much so she can value it more.

well just because people have a lot of stuff doesnt mean they are brats.... ok yes she has a lot of stuff, but if she brags about it and thinks she is better than everybody else then yes she is a spoiled brat.... theres a difference between being a brat and being spolied as long as she doesnt over do it and think shes better than everyone else and brag about everything then shes just a very rich nice girl

i'm not going to answer yes or no or whatever - all i'm going to say is that excessive shopping can lead to shopping addiction which is a real problem. personally i don't think 1 person needs to have 50 handbags. come on. i mean, 20 is way too much but i know i know that's her choice. she seriously needs to be careful about going overboard not just with shopping but also extend that caution to other areas of her life

I think a brat is more along the lines of a girl or person that gets everything they want without rightfully deserving it.

It sounds like this girl earns what she gets.
