Leaf Shine. Clean the leaves first, then spray the leaf shine on a paper towel and wipe each leaf. I think the instructions on the bottle say to spray the leaves, but that's a waste of the product. Just spray the towel and wipe the leaves. Shine will last for weeks.

Keep them cleaned off using a soft cloth. They should shine some just from being cleaned and gently buffed.

However, there is a product you can spray on called Leaf Shine. The source I list is for a natural version which doesn't make your plant look like plastic.

Put some milk into a container then dip cotton wool into it and squeeze the excess out. Wipe each leaf with this. Change the cotton wool frequently as it gets dirty. Your plant will suffer no damage and will have lovely shiny leaves.

There is a product made for exactly that which is sold in nurseries. It comes in bottle with a built in applicator. It looks like the thin wax that goes onto shoes and makes the same kind of artificial shine on leaves that the shoe stuff does on shoes.

Products such as baby oil, milk, and mayonnaise will harm your rubber plant by clogging the leaf "pores". These products also attract insects.

There are products, such as Leafshine, that are intended to be used to gloss plant leaves. Use this product sparingly--it can also clog leaf pores if used too often. http://www.miraclegro.com/index.cfm/event/ProductGuide.product/documentId/09f5ff32f2a55032357388f4ac945063
