Dillion Eli is okay
Dillion Thomas, I like better
Dillion your boy friend middle name
Yes you can use your boyfriend middle name
My husband was the fourth in his family to have the middle name. He , his father, his grandfather and great grandfather all have the same middle, different first. If we had a boy, we would of use his middle name

I've heard of Father and son's having the same "first" name and not the same middle name. So you can make up the rules as you go along. I think Dillion Eli and Thomas both are great They both have a nice ring to them.
Congradulations.

It's FINE to use Eli-there are really no hard and fast rules when it comes to naming.
Where did you get the name Dillion? Is it a family thing? I've herad DIllon, but Dillion sounds very...different.
Dylan Thomas was a poet. Just sayin'.

I think it's best to just use the middle name and skip the whole "junior" thing, personally. You could use Dillon Elijah, as a variation of Eli.
But, that being said, here are my combos
Dillon Gabriel
Dillon Matthew
Dillon Samuel
Dillon Carter
Dillon Zachary
Dillon Avery
Still, Dillon Elijah is a very sweet name. Good luck, and Congrats!

My son has the same middle name as my husband which is 'Matthew'. I think it creates an even more personal connection. Dillon Eli sounds lovely but Dillon Thomas is a little boring.
What about Dillon Andrew
Dillon James
Dillon Jayden
Dillon Max
Dillon Oscar
Dillon Isaac
Hope that helps, good luck deciding!

I think a middle name coming from a did is just fine, they do not have to be a junior. I think middle names should have meaning; grandparents name, mom's maiden name, dad's middle name, close friend, etc.
Dillion Eli would be cute!!

Why don't you do Dillion Elijah, make him part of the name but different for individuality purposes.
