He clearly was not the first there were terrorist attacks from Puerto Rico from groups that wanted out from under our thumb.
Four armed pro-independence Puerto Rican terrorists opened fire on the House of Representatives on March 1, 1954. Four years earlier, pro-independence terrorists attempted to kill President Truman at Blair House.
Hmmm much closer to home and no patriot act, no officials stating torture is the american way.
