UFOs may be anything that cannot be identified in the sky that's why it is called that way(unidentified flying object). It is not merely associated with aliens or extraterrestrial objects.

The truth is that there are many Unidentified Flying Objets out there. They are unidentified because people do not know what they are. That does not mean that those objects are from outer space or some distant planet. The probability of that is rather slim.

UFOs are not alien space ships. They are things like stars, airplanes, and other ordinary things seen indistinctly by people who do not know what they are seeing who then suppose them to be something unusual because of their over active imaginations.

Consider the distance , it could be many light years from us . We have as much a chance of looking in on them as they do on us. In some cases we are talking about 1000 light years.

Postings about them belong in the "Alternative" section, not the "Astronomy and Space" section.
