My mom was the original get up with the sun type lady. She had this internal clock. I think it had to do with being raised on a farm. Of course once she was up, she fixed breakfast and then we had to get up. No sleeping late in our house.

NEVER, even on a Sunday, both parents were always up before us kids.
Only ever saw my mother in bed during the day once. She was VERY ill at the time and got up the next day and carried on as normal.

No, my mom got up with my dad, then got us all up for school. In the summer time she still got up with my dad, and just let us sleep, she was always up before us!

My brother and I always got up before Mom... That's how we got into all of our mischievous stuff, like getting stuck in our empty swimming pool, giving my little brother a haircut, lighting my brother's head on fire, and other stuff along those lines.

Everybody got up after me; I was an early riser. My folks slept late on weekends, but not weekdays.

Sometimes. And sometimes she was already at work when I got up. She had to work 2 jobs all the time to support us kids.
