Do not really understand the question but there truely is no winner in a war. Everyone loses someone and the only outcome is someone gets what they want. But at what price is it considered a win.
As for Bush, I can not judge him or how well he has performed as a president but I think he will keep troops in Iraq until he feels that the goals of an Iraqi government can self sustain itself without a complete and total uprising.

He's white if we & he & the military had the support of the defetis Dem's & liberals like when they voted to sent us over to Iraq we would of won by know.Manly he has made mistakes hasn't everyone but at least he not a wimp or yellow?
