No there never will be any more Dragonball anime after GT. GT got horrible rating and the series soon ended. There were rumors and still are rumors of a series afterwards called AF but it was fake.
However, there is a japanese MMORPG coming in 2008 that takes place 200 years later after DBZ.

dragob ball gt is the last series stated by akari toriyama in an interview. he really wanted to end it in dbz and only drew 2 people for gt. a place called solid-dream.net has the episodes aswell as many other anime. though people say youtube youtube deletes anime and is not the place to go.
