I have thank you cards from clients on a shelf in my office. Potential clients always pick one or two up to read them. So I appreciate a nice thank you card. I have had some clients give me gifts, which is also nice, but a card is enough.

Actually, I've seen instances where the Realtor gives a gift to the the buyers of the house. I suppose if you want to give the Realtor a thank you card, that might be okay, but usually, the commission the Realtor is making on the sale is sufficient.

A thank you card would likely be a nice surprise. Most people barely even say thank you to their Realtor.

Many Realtors will give you a closing gift -- they want to keep you happy with them so when you sell this house and buy another one, you will think of them. That (and personal referrals) are the best thank you that you can give to your Realtor.

Usually they would send you a thank you gift. I mean I had two different realtor's and one sent me a thank you card and the other bought me a mail box cux the house he sold me didn't have one.So I think a card would do just fine.

A card would suffice. Given the amount of money they've earned from you, they normally are the ones giving the token gifts.

some Realtors after closing give cards and
show tickets or game tickets so why not reverse the gesture, and show your appreciation.
