Yes, I went to the fish and chip shop one day, there was this fish sitting on the side all battered and without a head. I just felt like saving the poor thing, so I paid for the fish and run to the lake. I then placed the fish in the water and to my surprise it didn't sink and swim away, it just floated...... I was shocked by this and still have no idea why it didn't swim away !!!
that 3 more minutes out of my day.

A dead one.......(sorry)
I did have a fish a while ago tho with a birth defect - instead of his tail being where it should be, his back arched up at a right angle and his tail was above him, fins pointing upwards. But he could still swim fine, tho sometimes he ended up swimming upside down.
Why do you ask? Have you found one?

Actually, yes, the Lead Fish - only found in very deep waters on the sea bed. Poisonous to eat though.

Yes it would have to be sick or dead. Most fish swim one way or the other.

Jellyfish! They have no mode of propulsion, they just drift with the current. So, Jellyfish don't swim.
