Not usually, it does help when you use a pointy stick though.

Only when I skew off into a horrible tangent that has absolutely nothing to do with the current subject. And then, I completely forget what I was originally talking about, so I pick a random topic based on the surrounding area and find out that not only do I NOT know a single thing about Chinese restaurants but that I am also not qualified to install a phone line using only two chopsticks and half of a fortune cookie ...

Yes I find it very difficult. What I'm thinking and what comes out of my mouth are two different things sometimes. I think I just get in a hurry and try to get it all out at once. Its much better to slow down and think about what I'm going to say. That usually works for me.

I do my best to spend most of my time and energy listening and trying to understand others than in getting "my point" across. Making my point tends to be confrontational and usually gets people in a defensive position - in turn, I try to understand and empathize with others first and then gentle guide them to my point as something they came up with themselves.

I find it more satisfying not to have a point. That way the world just rolls on by instead of getting stuck on my point.

Yes, if I had a nickel for everyitme I have to follow a sentence with "I don't know how to explain it". Then people always say "oh, I know what you mean" I think they are lying to get me to shut up though. Jerks

Nope, is very simple when the person understands what you are talking about. If they however are clueless of what you are talking about it will take a while!
