I've just recently since two days ago, started mixing a couple of tablespoons of Bragg's raw organic apple cider vinegar with 8 oz of water, and almost immediately, my stomach swells up and bloats and the pressure causes me a slight headache. I start to not fell well for a lil while and then it wears off.

This happens each and every time? Any suggestions as to why?

I would try a different brand or organic apple cider vinegar. It sounds like a microbial problem to me. You can still use 'Bragg's'...just cook it first to kill microbes....If you add sugar, it makes a nice sauce or jelly, depending on how long you cook it.

I started drinking it about 5 days ago. I have 2 tablespoons with about 3/4 cups of orange juice after each meal. I use it to help with my digestion which has helped greatly. I have not experience any bloating after eating which I always did. It has also helped with my bowel movement which I am back to a daily schedule. I just use the the brand from my local store but I will look into GNC or Mothers once this bottle is gone.

Best of luck !

Hi Nicole, discharge may be clear, stringy, cloudy white, and/or yellowish when dry on clothing. It sounds like you have normal discharge as long as you don't have itching, swelling or a foul odour. If you have these symptoms with discharge then you might have an infection. Different Types of Discharge: White: Thick, white discharge is common at the beginning and end of your cycle. Normal white discharge is not accompanied by itching. If itching is present, thick white discharge can indicate a yeast infection. Clear and stretchy: This is "fertile" mucous and means you are ovulating. Clear and watery: This occurs at different times of your cycle and can be particularly heavy after exercising. Yellow or Green: May indicate an infection, especially if thick or clumpy like cottage cheese or has a foul odor. Brown: May happen right after periods, and is just "cleaning out" your vagina. Old blood looks brown. Spotting Blood/Brown Discharge: This may occur when you are ovulating/mid-cycle. Sometimes early in pregnancy you may have spotting or a brownish discharge at the time your period would normally come. If you have spotting at the time of your normal period rather than your usual amount of flow, and you have had sex without using birth control, you should check a pregnancy test. Signs of yeast infections: ~Itching and irritation in the vagina. ~Redness, swelling, or itching of the vulva (the folds of skin outside the vagina). ~A thick, white discharge that can look like cottage cheese and is usually odorless, although it might smell like bread or yeast. ~Pain or burning when urinating or during sex. Signs of Bacterial Vaginosis (BV): ~An abnormal white or gray vaginal discharge that's thin, with a bad, fishy smell that's more noticeable during a girl's period or after sex. ~Pain while peeing. ~Itching in and around the vagina. Hope this helps x
