I think your daughter will be better looking with the breast she has now, unless she has plans to model,I hate girls with breast enlargement,they are like rock.

She can't. Short of weight gain, pregnancy and surgery there is nothing a woman can do to increase breast size.
She still might grow a little. Breasts generally don't stop growing until the mid 20's. Mine got larger when I was in college.

Put shyness aside. U can get ur daughter to massage her breasts.
