OK...i have this problem but from a woman's point of view...my boyfriend is everything i could wish for but he too cant last long in the bedroom and for a while it was getting to both of us as i was getting frustrated but with understanding and a good sense of humour we managed to work things out and do you want to know a secret.......its foreplay trust me i understand that he fancies me so much that he cant hold back and i would never want him to but i and most women will agree that the actual penetration is not what makes us climax its the foreplay...so if you spend more time turning her on with your fingers and tongue all over her body and spend time teasing her clitoris then when she is about to come you then make love and you will find that you climax together...i hope this helps and remember that making love with someone you love is far better than just sex....enjoy xxx

A very common problem , particularly for young and inexperienced lovers .
You probably need a bit more foreplay , before intercourse /penetration , this will help your girlfriend to a higher state of arousal
During intercourse when you feel approach of orgasm , try to hold back , perhaps withdraw and continue foreplay . I know this can be difficult , but if your really want to satisfy your girlfriend you need to at least try
If all else fails why stop after you orgasm , you can continue lovemaking and indeed reach further orgasms as many couples do .
This is a case of getting to know each others needs , and what they like to do .It will come with patience , time and lots of practise which I am sure you will enjoy , even if you are not "perfect" each time

You need to prolong the foreplay so she will be close to orgasm and easy to cvm before you. Stop - start is another technique you may learn while masturbating, it will help. As you grow older, it will be better, don't worry.
Good luck!

masterbate before sex. Might make you last longer. Try and be diciplined in controlling yourself, if you find yourself climaxing then stop and do something else (like oral etc, not the washing up!) Hope these thing help. You could always see your GP if you think it's really starting to become a problem.

Use a good lube, sometimes girls make you come quicker if they are dry during penetration. Masturbate in the morning if you know you will be having sex later on the same day. Try lots of foreplay before you penetrate her that way she will be close to climaxing whe you get started.

I think you should play a bit before hand and give her lots of Oral sex to stimulate her first.
But anyway If you come first you don't have to just roll off and fall asleep there are many other ways of bringing her to orgasm afterwards!

Or you could try the kegel excerise technique where you learn to excercise the pelvic muscle and then hold back just before you come. It takes practice but my b/f can last for an hour at a time like this. See www.askmen.com

Its just a case of the stop and start method as far as i know... if you 'fail' to hold back though, do her a favour and finish the deed for her in other ways! I dont blame her for getting frustrated if you just say 'sorry love' and thats it.
