Sweety you should get a full length pillow to hug and hold while you sleep. Kinda like a security blanket ( hey don't laugh I have one) Especially if you have a big bed or are young and used to being checked on by your folks. Play your radio so you have something familiar (SOFT) If you feel insecure lock your window and if you don't have a lock on your door and feel you need one GET ONE. There is no better sleep than being in your NEST, all humans and animals find their comfort there. If you do encounter something say Hi, what's up and why are ya hangin here. Don't be fear full because you only fear, well fear. Now sleep and plan your dreams.

I have so many times except most of the time it's usually spiders or snakes trying to bite me! So scary! My answer, just go and read a book about something nice. That always works, or just watch a good show that isn't a horror movie! Trust me, I know.

it used to happened to me when i was younger..
i was scared at first, but after several times i wouldn't care about and i would went on sleeping or when i was awoke it stopped, i heard gurgling noises, i felt things went inside..and somethings are still inside :D
i could see some invisible figures moving at high speed..
i don't know what now..
i'm guessing some others might had the same experiences but they didn't admit it because they might think others might reject, or walk away from them..

I wish that I could sleep.
I have experienced sleep paralysis. I think it was a side effect to medication, but it was horrible!!

I've never experienced anything quite so vivid. But similar experiences have caused me to go without sleep.

Yes, I use to lay in bed and fear someone would kill me or a big spider would bite me finally I would say to myself if I die I die then go to sleep.

I have, but it's nothing. It's not "evil" or even "ghosts" walking around trying to scare you to death. It's just you trying to come back into your own body--i.e. come back into consciousness.
