Thinking of the choolest influences of the 80s, so I thought I'd name my kids after them.
First I though...you know, Phil COllins and Peter Gabriel, after the Genesis dudes.
Butno...no, they just weren't influential enough.
So...maybe songs...very influential songs...but they all had such intriguing...well...style.
But of course: The most influential figure of the 1980s.
Optimus Prime.
So, anyone else naming their kids after Saturday Morning Cartoon stars from the 80s?

If you name your son Optimus Prime, then your daughter should be Star Scream. Or Smurfette. Personally, I like Gargamel for a boy. But, hey it's your kid.

LMAO! Yeah, go with 'Seven' or 'Soda' from seinfeld. You can almost be quaranteed that they won't have another child in their class with the same name!
