The Price is Right is a grealt, classic game show. I personaly think putting Drew Carey on there is a mistake. The reason why Bob Barker did so great is because the show made him great. He didn't try to be larger than the show. With all the spotlight on Carey being there, as a comedian, I'm worried that he may try to be funnier than what he is and try to make the show somwthing it is not.
Bob Barker said sometime before leaving the show that they key to The Price is Right is the games. Its all about the games, not the host. They probably would have been better off getting a lesser known person to take on the show.
Everyone loves The Price is Right, young or old. I hope he can keep it that way.
Nothing against, Drew carey, i think he's great. I just think the show should stick to its roots, and I'd hate for Carey to pull it away from it.

It will be interesting to see just how Drew Carey is going to host the show. I don't know if it will be more interesting though.

No, it will never be the same without Bob. But, I am sure Drew will try. His humor is so, different. I am from near Cleveland Oh., too. And I still wonder what is up with him sometimes.

Are you kidding??? You can't take somthing that has been on the air for longer than most people have been alive put a major change in it , and it stay the same. I would say it is in its last few season. Carey is fine, but not on this.

No, Drew will make it into a stand-up comedy routine and take away the true character of the show. He won't last. He'll get bored of it eventually.
