Nah, it's my husband or the hospital wanting me to come in on call or something. My friends and family know I work nights and am usually up all hours of the night!

No, my first thought is that it is one of my teenagers' friends calling. Even though they aren't supposed to be calling in the middle of the night, sometimes they still do. (And I get mad if I can't go back to sleep!)
