Although there has been no clinching proof yet, I find reincarnation idea fairly plausible. Let me explain why.
We know through science that matter and energy are indestructible and they just keep changing form. I therefore extend this to apply to everything in this Universe.... to me therefore even thoughts, ideas, emotions, everything is indestructible.... this fits in with my belief that there is no creation nor destruction, that is, no beginning nor end... it is all just a continuum and the illusion of birth and death or beginning and end or creation and destruction is caused by the ever present phenomenon of CHANGE.
It is very obvious to me through my own experiences that my body is different from my mind and while both have an influence on each other, it is the mind which is more powerful. I am also acutely aware that even my mind is being directed, if not controlled by me.... then who is this 'me'? I believe this 'me' is the owner of this body and mind of mine. Death merely inactivates my body.... it seems extremely unlikely that inactivation of my body can rob my existence altogether. This 'me' that I am must equally be indestructible as everything else in this Universe. And since it is obviously at a higher hierarchy compared to my body and mind, it would be logical for me to believe that it would exist even after the death of the body..... while it could exist without the body, it could more likely get a new body since change is the ever present phenomenon.
Reincarnation therefore looks a high logical probability to my thinking, although I know I could as well be wrong!!

Re-incarnation is the only thing that makes sense. WE are all different, some have different chemistry, genetics, upbringing etc. As a consequence we have trials and tribulations unique in many ways to ourselves. The fundamentalists preach a bible to such a diversity of humanity ,castigating those who fail their ludicrous tests without any consideration of the huge differences.
If God and one life and heaven is true, then this God doesn't believe in fairness, and in essence is evil.
KARMA AND REINCARNATION are brilliant theories that provide an equal and fair playing field for all. Even the serial killer with a damaged brain isn't lost due to one experience. One could even view the horrors of this world as lessons for future realities. If you are a killer in one life, then a victim in another, as a consequence no penance is necessary as pure truth has been gained.

I believe in reincarnation. I have experienced things that I can't explain. My mom told me that while I was really young, I used to have those little tea parties and the thing that unnerved her was the fact that I knew how to place a proper table, use several knives and forks, and even held my pinky up while drinking. This was odd to her because she is Filipino and we always ate with our hands. She said, she didn't teach me that. Weird. But I believe that our soul gets sent back to earth until we reach that state of enlightenment and are allowed to move forward.

there is constant exchange of matters in the body even when one is alive. after death, though the body is burried or cremated, the contents of body is transformed into different forms and such matters merges with one or other matters/body etc. but that does not mean re-incarnation. there is no scope for remembering the past. when there cannot be link for the past, how can we refer the past deeds. the subject of re-incarnation is a creation by past people. there may be good reason for such creation but it remains far from truth.

Who knows? All religions are theoretical - take your pick. There's only one way of finding out about reincarnation and I for one am not volunteering, not yet awhile anyway!

There are no lessons. What there is to do ,however, is remember what you already know to be true.
This is better described in the CWG series of books by Neale Donald Walshe

When you're dead, you're dead. Your spirit may survive to be used again, but the "you" is gone forever.
