You should have a maths physics, chemistry background in your 12th,
attempt for iit jee and try getting aeronautical engg in iit..
If you are in tamilnadu, then anna university has aeronautical engg in madras institute of technology (MIT)
there are specialised aviation techical institutes that offer training in pilot studies with placement assurance.. be on the lookout in various newspapers as soon as you finish 12th.. the institutes will call for admissions..
