Family member got a degree in Spanish and was hired by a school to be a spanish teacher over the phone. No onsight interview, no teacher certificate. It's not legal to reject you for employment (USA, of course) because of a disability. try looking for spanish teaching jobs, and if not, there are companies that will allow you to work from home doing translations. My sister in law, who speaks spanish, did that for a large shipping company for years.

I am sorry you are so frustrated. You have reason to be. You do have an education though with the paper to prove it and that will always be worth something.
I hope you start feeling a little better. I am happy though that you feel free to talk to your friends on Y!A.
