Neither country needs the threat of terrorism, and neither country needs to engage in acts that other nations view as terrorist. Both are rich countries with their people generally behind them. They don't need to perpetuate or escalate terrorism by others with foolish actions; they need to try to solve the political problems that drive most of the terrorism.
The US and Israel also need to abide by international law. For example, the US has begun to follow Israel's practice of targeted assassinations and Americans have blithely accept it. I understand that in some cases such violence may be necessary, but it should rare, and it should be secret. It bothers me greatly when the US announces that it's blasted a "terrorist leader" remotely by drone or helicopter fire, as if this were an acceptable way for a nation of laws with a trained military to act. No one seems to question the ethics, morality, usefulness or necessity of this policy. No one seems to wonder about the passers by or the other passengers in the car. No one seems to wonder whether the targeted person was guilty as accused.

The U.S. uses terrorism and destruction of other countries (ex. Nicaragua, Haiti, Iraq....) to keep us in the number one spot.
The U.S. needs Israel, because of it's location. Do you really think that American taxpayers would pay for Israeli's military (thanks to Americans, it is now the 4th largest military in the world) if Israel was near Hawaii?

Terrorism is the distraction that is needed to facilitate the corrupt, brutal and disgusting behavior of both mentioned countries.
Israel has had more resolutions against it by the UN than any other country.
The US unfortunately sees other people's lives as collateral damage whilst ours is insurmountable.
The hypocrisy of both nations will be our downfall.

Anthony S said it all.
Those attacking you should consider if a false friend is not more dangerous than a fictitious enemy.
