can you please help me with some of these questions?

1. simplify (2/3)^3

2. Factorise;
x(y+2)-3(y+2)

3. i reduced a diagram on my computer using a scale factor of 80% (i.e. the linear dimensions of the diagram were reduced so that became 80% of the original dimensions). What scale factor is required to return the diagram to its original size?

1, and 2 have been done for you.

3] By reducing the linear dimensions by a scale factor of 80%,

then you have reduced the original area to 80% of 80%, which

is 64% of the original area, so the scale factor to return the

diagram to its original size is 100/0.64,, which is 1.5625

2) (x-3) (y+2)

maybe
xy + 2x -3y -6
2x +xy -3y = 6
doesn't look right

3. you have to expand it by 25 percent

(y+2)(x-3)
