Don't take this the wrong way, but the women executives in my firm are tough, in the sense that they leave their gentle nurturing traits at home, where they belong. They don't give in & make allowances for weaker people [regardless of sex].

In short, they "act" like men. I realise this is probably a poor choice of words here. We're in a cut throat business, & these women show no mercy. They're good at what they do, & the professional respect they earn, & their paypacket proves it.

Tenacity. Communication skills, not being defined by other peoples opinions but by learning from them. Seeing the humor in the pomposity of males who are threatened by feminine power.
Men and women have different plumbing and some chemical differences but our souls are equal. The balance of male and female is the ground where enlightened society is born.

She is able to combine a strong business persona with her own personal femininity. She is an effective leader, but not dictatorial. She is compassionate to her co-workers and clients without being a pansy. She is ambitious and competitive, but not ruthlessly so. She is able to stand up for herself and solve crises, but always with diplomacy. She doesn't bother to sacrifice personal happiness for professional success. (Although, it must be said, some women willingly forgo marriage and motherhood for their careers. I am one of them.)

If you would like to see these women in action, I highly recommend reading PINK magazine. Its pages are devoted to this topic.

Silly farah.

Feminists don't know this. They only know how to nag their way into leadership positions. They appear to have no plan for anything beyond that so I'm not sure what they do when they get there. More nagging I suppose..
