I believe daily exercise is a great stress reliever, daily walks, bike rides. Just taking the time out for yourself to reflect on your day to day issues, and trying to get resolve on issues that are bugging you.

Deep breathing and focusing on the positive rather than the negative can drive out thoughts that lead to stress. If you're a negative type person, it can take time to rid yourself of this self defeating behavior. Surround yourself with friends that are upbeat and postive thinkers, and shy away from people that want to bring you down.

Spa's are great if you can afford one, so are swims in a pool, watching a funny movie, avoiding alcohol and drugs, long drives in the country, talking to a friend, working towards positive goals such as a healthier lifestyle can help in reducing stress in your day to day life.

Whatever suits your personality. Some people have higher stress levels than others. you might prefer to stay in and read, or go out with freinds. but you should do something you like. its not going to be completley stress free but it wont be stressful. you might want to try hitting pillows and stuff if your angry, or face the things that stress you out and challenge them in your head, eg. this person is loud and annoying, but she's being loud for a good reason so i will just block it out. then you could think of something nice to take your mind off of it.

Try to exercise an hour a day and get a full nights rest.

My favorite is to go run about a mile and work a punching bag afterwards (great for blowing off loads of stress).

We all have choices; noisy music, noisy friends with air in their heads. You choose what level of stress you create; reading, good music, simple pleasures like walking on the beach, hiking or horse riding. Turn off the world and turn back to nature, she is your best relaxation.

this is hard to answer because you don't always have control over the stress...sometimes the outside influences are so strong it takes over...but if you do little things in your day to remove the stress it is helpful...i know i use scented candles to help relax me...and certain scents are more helpful in that...also incense help...reading can be helpful to give your brain time off from the stress and just read something for enjoyment...also spending some time outside and just getting the stink blown off ya...hope it helps...stress sucks...

Fresh air and plenty of it. Go for long walks, stay away from booze. Detox yourself and then you'll feel much better
