You now like certain hormones or chemicals that our body releases (im not entirely sure about this but isnt our body suposed to like produce different chemicals for like say anger, love, excitement?). Like say a person who reacts angrily alot his or her brain prefers the chemical of anger or the part of the body that releases it sort of creates more of the chemical.

Absolutely!
Ever heard of endorphins? That wonderful feeling that comes over an athlete, or a jogger after a run? They don't just participate in an activity because it eats up time....but because it makes them feel good! And when a woman gives birth, endorphins kick in to literally kill the pain and refocus on the goodness that's happening.
To further answer you question about how the human body works....yes....a person literally programs their body to produce more of a certain chemical (or hormone) that fits their lifestyle just a simple thought! Both sexes have testosterone (which tends to facilitate more agressive behavior) and estrogen (which tends to manifest softness or a more caring personality.) Adrenilin is necessary for that ultimate stimulation or energy flow or boost, such as the lady who miraculously lifts an entire car to free her child from harm. Or the butterflies in one's stomach before reaching the stage to perform before an audience. It's all manufactured within our bodies. And let's not forget dopamine. A brain chemical. Without suffiucient supply one turns toward Ahlzheimer's &/or depression.
Multi-Millions of $$ are made in pharmaceuticals annually in man's attempt to duplicate the natural chemicals the brain in capable of demanding the human body produce.
It's all Mind Over Matter!
