My daughter was molested by her step father Timothy tobin Roche here in las vegas 4 -5 yrs ago.The mother just told me about it 4 months ago. I asked her 3 yrs ago about this because his parents molested both my 2 children and his 2 children that we share by the same mother. She flat out said no but he had urges. I have now found out that she lied and he confessed to her back then. He has since confessed to me and offered to let me kick his *** freely.!?!! I want more than that please. The police said there is nothing they can do since my daughter doesnt remember now because of the mothers cover up. There is other instances of him molesting others. Well she now has started to FEEL SORRY for him. He is a drug addict(speed) doesnt work in and out of jail, controlling, and talks **** to my daughter! She now has moved him back inside the house where 6 kids live. Nobody will help me I feel like I am the bad guy here and all i want is for him to go to prison for what he did to my daughter .

Get a lawyer. Fight for your daughter and dont give up. If you leave her in the situation without fighting for her then you are no better than them for letting them keep her. Call childrens protective services and have them check the conditions of the home and have them also talk to the children about what happens in the home. If the children say something that alerts the authorities then they will take care of it the legal way.

Take her to court. If I were you. I would take full custody of my child. And let the courts know all this. You may not be able to put him in jail. But you can make sure he is no where near your child. And do to her knowing. She is an unfit parent. Have no mercy. They didn't. When he took advantage of an innocent child. And her covering up for him makes her as guilty as him. May God be with you. And guild you in helping your child get away from sick people such as those. When you go for custody. Him being a drug user they see that as the child being in a bad unsafe home. Use all you know and can find out about them. To see that they get what's coming to them. If you can't get him in jail for molestation try to on drugs. If he has a habit. That is expensive. Since he is a loser most likely he sells drugs in order to be able to buy them for himself. That alone can get him a few years behind bars. And if she is aware of it. Who knows? She might end up locked up as well.

Do not let her see her mother if the stepfather is around.
try restraining orders anything you can think of to get him away from her. Since he is in and out of jail so often, he will be back in there pretty soon. Just call the cops when you know he is going to purchse his drugs.

I would call cps on him.... they take things like this very seriously. they will investigate.. they also have ways to get stuff out of children... have them talk to your child. they deal with parents trying to cover up situations all the time. I would do whatever you have to do to get your lil one out of that house asap!!!!! also, i would alert the neighborhood that there is a sex offender living there. Men like that deserve to die. I pray that your child isn't hurt by him again.

Hire as lawyer and sue for custody and termination of her parental right due to child endangerment..NOW!
You do need to worry about him going to jail but right now your priority is getting your children out of that home then you can focus on him. Plus take his name down or he can take you to court for defamation you want your name squeaky clean when you go to court.
