Does the way you live your life reflect your belief?

The idea that all people are created equal sounds good on paper, however, it just doesn't hold any truth. I'm a restraunt manager. I have 4 wait staff in the evening usually to care for our customers. If we have 70 tables come in, 1 waitress will serve 30 - 35 of the tables, another 2 watresses will catch 15 each, while 1 will barely catch 10. Do you tell the wait staff to put everything in a jar to be counted out equally at the end of the night? I think not! Did all the employees have an equal opportunity? Well, yes, they did. They simply aren't as beneficial as the other. Does that make that person a better person? No. It just means that she's the better wait staff. Are they equal? No. The main point is to offer equal opportunity to each employee, & allow them to work as they may be able to. The girl who only got 10 tables is still just as important as the 1 who got 15 or 30. Just imagine the extra work that would have been involved if those extra tables had gotten thrown in on top of the others. No one would have received good service that night then. Everybody fills a place!

This is kinda nature vs nurture.

I think we are all born equal, and our early childhood helps develop our personalities and ego defenses, and we will show signs of being a thief or a deviant from an early age if our environment has shaped a world where we think it is normal or needed.

When we mature and a conscience develops, we suddenly see our past tansgressions, hence therapy or prozac, the need to make ammends and feelings od deep shame for things we did not care less about. We get the need to clean up our mistakes so we can move on.

i wish we were all equal but where i live people are actually separated by who is better than who, i mean we have beauty pageants but if u are competing against any of the girls that are daughters of someone important no matter how pretty u are or how good your speech is u lose!

We are all equal, but some people just think they are better.

i like to believe that we are all equals...but after a reality check, there will always be those less fortunate and hella more fortunate than us.
