Brainiac...i starred u...coz..u chose to ask such a question...meaning to say ur perspective view has a 4 legged imaginatiVE camera..

The question is...did the convicted killer killed in that house?
The same would be for people commiting suicide...
I really do not enjoy being awaken at night by a ghost...
On the other hand, you might get a great price on it...and hope for the best.

I would have no problem owning the house, but if there were freaky people who would come by just to see the house that a killer has lived in, that would bother me

A house is just a house. I think that the way the current owner lives is more important than how any previous owner who lived there behaved.
