The same would be for people commiting suicide...
I really do not enjoy being awaken at night by a ghost...

I would have no problem owning the house, but if there were freaky people who would come by just to see the house that a killer has lived in, that would bother me

A house is just a house. I think that the way the current owner lives is more important than how any previous owner who lived there behaved.
