It would have a red doghouse with Snoopy sitting on top, typing away on his latest novel. This would be centered on the flag in a yellow circle, and the colors on the rest of the flag would fade from purple to turquoise (left to right).

Well it would have an upraised fist thrusting out of the top of a hobnailed boot on the left panel and a thumbs' down picture on the right...with your avatar gilded framed in the middle. The emblazoned slogan in Latin here translated simply as "You Will Respect My Authori-TAY!"

I wouldn't have the chance to create one. I would get invaded by the U.S. because I am a dictator not a so called democracy. The U.S. certainly believes there way is right and loves to force their culture on other people, don't they?

I think I would have a black flag w/ a red or white fist w/ raised middle finger. Other counteries might think we're really bad and leave us alone to our quiet charm.

A skull and crossbones, except instead of a skull, it would be a yellow smiley face. I would hate to give tourists the wrong message.
