Did Marvel had any problems or conflict with Hasbro or something?

The Transformers movie wasn't based on the Marvel comic. Hell, it was hardly based on the Transformers toyline... <:(
(A movie based on the Marvel TF comic.... I could make that.... :D)

Transformers is not a Marvel product, its a HASBRO product thats why you see the HASBRO logo when the movie starts.

Transformers was not created by Marvel. Transformers started as a toy before it became a comic.

If you want, I can tell you that Marvel has a huge fear of martians that turn into cars. If you don't, Marvel has nothing to do with Transformers.
