Im 15 years old, with a 5" penis hard. Is that small for my age?

It depends on your race (Asian, Hispanic, Caucasian, etc...).
If you are white or black American, it is still average BUT borders being small. In fact some people will find it small. However if you are Asian it is within average to above average.
The average adult American penis is 6 inches and 5 inches circumference or girth. You do not measure the width or wide of the penis. You measure it like your waistline or circumference.
Penis growth slows down at the age of 16 or 18. So by this age, you would know the final length of your penis.

Na bro dont worry bout I'm almost 17 and I'm 61/2 i thought i was small bout when i got with a girl she said i was the biggest she had even though some guys have bigger most chicks don't really like it any way. chill u will find that most guys have around that any way and your only 15

You are average and still have several years of growth. It does not mean it will grow, but still have the possiblibility. But if you don't you should not let size bother you, it is how you use it. I am smaller than you and have 3 kids and can please anyone.
