No.
PublishAmerica is not a company you want to have any dealings with, no matter how unpublishable your book may be.

When they reject it, what are they telling you?

Stephen King wrote in his book for writers, "On Writing", that getting rejection slips with notes on them is the way to improve your writing. If you're not getting notes you might want to begin exploring how to write a story because something fundamental might be missing.

Check out some websites first that teach how to tell a story and join some of the message boards and share your story with others and seek improvement. You may also e-mail me and I can see if I can provide any advice after reading a chapter.

You need a Literary Agent to read your manuscript and pitch it to Publishers.
The book may be poorly written, publishers want well-written material.
