I mean no disrespect. You ask for my thoughts, so here goes.
Why in the world would this be a problem? Are you a Christian who feels that those who are not are somehow undesireable? If that IS how you feel, then yes. It would be wrong to take public money from an institution for which you have no respect, and in which you would sacrifice your christian beliefs by teaching or being involved with a school system that teaches science, recognizes separate church and state and other issues...you know what I mean.
Someone who does that is looking for a justification for their guilt associated with accepting a job...for practical purposes...that flies in the face of their religion.
If that isnt the situation, there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with doing this. Believe it or not, people have been sending their kids to parochial schools LONG before the current administration came into being, and working in public schools and other public jobs. There has been no fire and brimestone or curses of any kind brought upon them.
It's really sad that faith based "issues" like this exist. You have the ABSOLUTE right to have your kids taught whatever you want. If you feel a christian school is right for them, then that's where you send them. That is a PROPER place for christian faith based material to be taught. As is your home, or anyplace that is not state or federal property. Very simple.
It's unfortunate, however, that the political climate in this country makes people question something as fundamental as this. You have a right to earn a living WITHOUT the baggage that questions like this bring. If it is not your goal to try to effect unconstitutional changes in the public school system, dont worry about it. I mean after all, you are going to need that income to pay for the christian school tuition.

There is nothing wrong with that. You probably have much to offer the students in the public school setting, but want your children to have the Christian teaching as well as the academic teaching. I see nothing wrong with it.

First of all, I have not known any private school that is not affiliated with religion.
To me, religion is one element of culture that people are not born with but learn to embrace or not. Along this line, there are other elements of you and you create your own culture (in a very broad term). Thus, religion, regardless how big part this element is, is just a part of you but not the whole. So, why not unless the purpose of you sending your kids to Christian school is to shape them up and wish them to think, act, behave with religion prioritized the first in their minds.
Why cannot you shape them to be whom you expect them to be?
Maybe you are concerned whether a parent can enforce their expectation on his/her kid and what the impact will be. If parents allow TV, radio, internet, newspaper, siblings, parents, friends of yours, cousins and friends of your kids' to interact with your kids and influence them, why cannot you? They have breathe in the air you breathed out since they were born, they have been shaped by you without your acknowlding or their conscious awareness for years before they started being shaped by all the others brought in by you. Why didn't you have concern of those introduced to them by you as you have now for the Christian school?
Could it be an awakening reflection upon how and what you allowed religion in your life and you felt intimitated?
Talk to your kids and enjoy the path of finding answers for all of you. They would be appreciative they take part in the process of growing into a world that is not always just black and white.

I don't think so. My parents sent me to Catholic school purely because the education is better than that of the public schools in my area. It shouldn't matter where you teach as long as you're doing what's best for your kids.

No - there is no problem with this.
Where you work, and where you send your children to school are both personal choices. You should be able to make these choices without concern or outside influence.
