Thank you everyone. Special thanks to Rosesherryrose, I will remember than not everyday is the same. And also to Warren D, I have made this sadness serve its purpose because I have found something I have lost for many years. Thank you everyone once again. I am glad you all are here.

Since I don't know what it is you are saddened by, I would have to say I would love to offer you some comfort and help, but the best way to deal with sadness is to purge yourself of it.

If it is the loss of a loved one, then say your goodbyes and move on. If it is a failed love affair, say your goodbyes and move on. Have the sadness serve its purpose, which is to mark whatever the event is and then move on.

I have withstood the loss of loved ones, the failure of a marriage, and disappointment, but I am still able to move on. If I can do it so cay you.

Hang in there, and learn how to be happy.

It's odd that you're so sad yet your Yahoo avatar has one of the biggest smiles I've ever seen. Maybe the avatar is who we want to be.

I think the despair you describe is caused by a feeling of hopelesness. What is making you feel hopeless? If you know then you must decide how to react and you must react. You're stuck in the middle of a road and you have to decide which way to go. Either way will bring you more peace than the middle. Move.

You need a hug! OOOoooo! (that's a hug for you! :)) I know how you feel. Sometimes when I'm sad it helps for me to write about it. It's easier for me to express myself on paper sometimes. If you ever need someone to just listen to you, God is always there with His arms open and you can just run to Him. He is always there waiting for you, and He loves you more than you could imagine. Talk to Him and He will hear you. Jesus is the only one who can give you joy, and joy is not like happiness. Happiness depends on surcumstances, but joy is something that can only be found when you surrender yourself to Jesus and make Him your Savior and Lord of your life. He's a father to the fatherless and a friend to the friendless. Ask Him to take away your sin and sadness and to come into your heart. He'll replace the sadness with joy that will last forever. Read the Bible. God will show you how much He loves you. Some great verses to read when you're sad are
Psalm 94:19 "Whenever I am anxious and worried, you comfort me and make me glad. " ; Psalm 27 "Psa 27:1 The LORD is my light and my salvation; I will fear no one. The LORD protects me from all danger; I will never be afraid.
Psa 27:2 When evil people attack me and try to kill me, they stumble and fall.
Psa 27:3 Even if a whole army surrounds me, I will not be afraid; even if enemies attack me, I will still trust God.
Psa 27:4 I have asked the LORD for one thing; one thing only do I want: to live in the LORD's house all my life, to marvel there at his goodness, and to ask for his guidance.
Psa 27:5 In times of trouble he will shelter me; he will keep me safe in his Temple and make me secure on a high rock.
Psa 27:6 So I will triumph over my enemies around me. With shouts of joy I will offer sacrifices in his Temple; I will sing, I will praise the LORD.
Psa 27:7 Hear me, LORD, when I call to you! Be merciful and answer me!
Psa 27:8 When you said, "Come worship me," I answered, "I will come, LORD."
Psa 27:9 Don't hide yourself from me! Don't be angry with me; don't turn your servant away. You have been my help; don't leave me, don't abandon me, O God, my savior.
Psa 27:10 My father and mother may abandon me, but the LORD will take care of me.
Psa 27:11 Teach me, LORD, what you want me to do, and lead me along a safe path, because I have many enemies.
Psa 27:12 Don't abandon me to my enemies, who attack me with lies and threats.
Psa 27:13 I know that I will live to see the LORD's goodness in this present life.
Psa 27:14 Trust in the LORD. Have faith, do not despair. Trust in the LORD.

Psa 40:1 I waited patiently for the LORD's help; then he listened to me and heard my cry.
Psa 40:2 He pulled me out of a dangerous pit, out of the deadly quicksand. He set me safely on a rock and made me secure.

Psa 121:1 I look to the mountains; where will my help come from?
Psa 121:2 My help will come from the LORD, who made heaven and earth.
Psa 121:3 He will not let you fall; your protector is always awake.
Psa 121:4 The protector of Israel never dozes or sleeps.
Psa 121:5 The LORD will guard you; he is by your side to protect you.
Psa 121:6 The sun will not hurt you during the day, nor the moon during the night.
Psa 121:7 The LORD will protect you from all danger; he will keep you safe.
Psa 121:8 He will protect you as you come and go now and forever.

I'm praying for you. Jesus is waiting for you with more love and joy than you can imagine, if you are willing to recieve the free gift He offers of eternal life. I love you and He does too.

sounds like clinical depression. classic.

try to talk to a doctor, preferably a psychiatrist. But tell somebody ( even the school nurse) how much you are crying, and you would like some help.

That's an odd way to get attention, but if it works for you, I'd just say, "Pack Kleenex."
