it is a jump to the conclusion. The 2 "thoughts" are not necessarily the same. Could be, but not always.

One is a particular one and hence not the same as any one...... any one could well be another one than the one we are comparing it with. One is specific even when not openly specified and any one is generic until limited by specification... they are not necessarily the same.
The same logic denies the other two conclusions as well.
