Because there are certain extremist group who contradict our faith and principle as a result of misinterpreting Quran. As a result they view and implemented their practice by violence, which is wrong because that is strictly prohibited from our religion.

Okay I'll bite, show me one safe, secure, peaceful and just Islamic country. Islam by it's very nature is about oppression, and always has been,it is in fact one of the most oppressive ideologies that has ever existed. That's why the only countries with large Islamic populations that even come close to any rational persons ideal of a civilized society are those that try and keep the religion out of the governing of the country as often as possible. It does not promote freedom, it after all takes away the rights of half of it's citizens from the start, under Islam women only have the rights their men decide to give them, which are usually precious few. It does not promote tolerance, after all in many Islamic countries a person can still be sentenced to death even for just deciding not to practice the religion, sounds pretty peaceful to me,Not!
In fact the very idea that someone can look at the Islamic world as a whole, and then have the nerve to call Islam a religion of peace,is quite frankly laughable.

Islam is a religion of peace, the problem is that the people of Islam who preach War, death, and torture are the ones who rule the nations and teach the students.
Islam has been Hijacked by politics, just as Christianity was Hijacked for the Crusades.
Christianity is a religion of peace, but taken by extremists who needed someway to crush the Muslims who were encroaching on their land, Christianity became an excuse for murder.

Is it not true that every word of the holy books of Islam is true and believed and acted upon by every true follower of Allah?
Literalism is a very important part of mainstream Islam, not just the extremists.
Perhaps these quotes (which should always be read in context, and I encourage everyone to actually read the books these are from, not just pieces) could be explained.
I would be grateful:
See the link below. The quotes could not be posted as the post was too long.

Please do some research before posting such an ignorant question.
Anyone who still believes that Islam is a religion of peace should really read the Qur'an. I subscribe to the notion that it is wise to study the ways of ones adversary, so I decided to read it. I was amazed at what I read; the intolerance; the hatred; the violence. I'll grant you that there are many instances of violence in the Bible, but the big difference is that the Bible was written as a mixture of history and parables meant as a figurative guide for life not to be taken literally. The Qur'an, on the other hand was written as a literal guide meant to be taken quite literally. Islam in NOT a religion of peace, but an ideology of hatred, intolerance, sexism, and bigotry.

in line with threat no longer all who persist with Islam are terrorists, yet seem international on the instant, who're the main viscous and ruthless terrorists? (Liberals, please do no longer answer Bush and Chaney... it relatively is getting relatively previous!) That being mentioned, I ask, why don't extra Mullahs or Imans talk out and denounce terrorists as radicals? i do no longer in many situations see a lot of them posturing against those people as no longer part of their faith. We additionally now have a fear enterprise (Hammas) as a central authority. it somewhat is tousled. those people won't even comprehend the state of Israel. enable's additionally evaluate right here passages from the Holy Qur'an: (Capitalization replace into finished via me, the author of this article) 8:12 "i'll INSTILL TERROR INTO THE HEARTS OF THE UNBELIEVERS; smite ye above the necks and smite all their finger information off." 2:191 "Kill them the place you detect them..." 9:29 "combat people who do no longer have confidence in God and the final day... and combat the people OF THE e book who do no longer settle for the religion of actuality till they pay Tribute via hand, BEING INFERIOR." Wow... looks like an entire lotta love happening there. And what do you assume they recommend via THE e book? Do you think of Mr. Mo hammed is concerning the essential bathing room READER VOL. 7? No, that would desire to be the Holy Bible and the Torah that the prophet is talking approximately... in different words, combat the Christians and the Jews.

Not blaming Islam, I'm blaming Islamic extremists. You know the ones who take Islam and pervert it to fit their political agendas?
Perhaps you should learn the difference before raising your finger!

Because extremist groups (I'm hoping they're extremist!) commit terror in the name of Islam.
Also, Jihad (Holy Struggle) is often used as an excuse by extremists and by not extreme groups who want an excuse to go to war or commit atrocities. I'm not knocking Islam alone here. People wanting power have invoked the name of Christianity for similar reasons.
Fatah al-Islam (Conquest of Islam, not to be confused with Fatah) is a radical Islamist group that is a fairly recent comer to the world of militant jihad.
Al-Qaeda (The Base) is a self described Sunni jihadist organization.
Osama bin Laden has actually issued fatwas stating plainly that Muslims should kill United States civilians and military personnel. Several have been beheaded. This is about as plain as it gets!
Hamas (Islamic Resistance Movement) is a self described militant Palestinian Sunni Islamist organization.
***
The world as a whole considers Fatah al-Islam, Hamas and Al-Qaeda to be terrorist organizations because they commit violent acts for the sole purpose of creating terror in the hearts and minds of their enemies. All claim to act in the name of Islam.
Personally, I would simply consider them extremists and disconnect them with Islam in my mind, except for one fact: I have not heard a voice of solidarity coming from Middle Eastern Muslims that together unite against these groups that commit terrorist acts in the name of Islam.
Until I hear of a united Middle East Muslim voice clearly speaking out against terrorism--and on a regular basis until it desists--then I have to assume that those who aren't speaking up are supporting terrorism. In fact, they are supporting terrorism with their silence.
***
I'll end with a quote from the Hamas page from Wikipedia. I've seen the video, but I don't speak the language, so I had to rely on the subtitles:
In April 2007 Hamas-affiliated al-Aqsa channel used a Mickey Mouse lookalike on a children's program called Tomorrow's Pioneers which "critics said was spreading anti-US and anti-Israeli messages to children."[91] The character, named "Farfour" and host Saraa taught children to seek Islamic leadership of the world and invited them to recite violent songs and poems about resistance.[92]

When the Koran is taken strictly within the context of its essence and spirit, Islam is a religion of peace. When it is taken literally and out of context, Islam is a misguided religion of hatred, radicalism and non-tolerance.

i blame islamic radicals who are spoon fed hatred in muslim schools throughout the world (even in western countries) for terrorism. I blame those muslims who subscribe to an irrational and facist ideology. maybe that's only 1 or 2 percent of all muslims - but even thats 10 or 20 million people. and since not too many amish people or hindus are driving planes into buildings, I need to direct my blame to some common denominator between all the crazy's of the world: extreme, facist, islamic propaganda.
