about growing plant?

im going to do a biology experiment soon..i wanna test how music can affect plant growth..
Im in Brisbane, Australia. it's about winter in here..so anyone can help me choose a plant type that can grow better and fast (like you can observe obvious growth in 4 weeks or so)in winter in Australia??
