We havent spoken after having a one year relationship. Honestly its my fault, I just cant see myself been friends with her after what we had. We broke up for we had to many things going on at the time and seem as we were to young to be "marry". However, I feel its time for myself to be mature and at least say something. My friend who is still her friend suggested giving her a phone call to at least make things right. I really don’t wan to speak actually I been avoiding her...I thought maybe I could send her a gift that I had previously purchase for our anniversary which is a picture of her in black and white and send it on the mail with a letter congratulating her on her acceptance to Berkley and say something that would give closure. So would this make it right what do you think? and if you dont realize it yet im still hung up on her. I would love to get back with her however i feel we are years away from seriously committing to each other on a higher level and we both need to mature

She's your ex. Leave her alone. She doesn't want you back in her life.

That would be a good idea. Send her a little gift to Congratulate her shows that you still care about her. And maybe you can take it from there... See how she reacts to it and take it from there. Hopefully you guys can talk again and slowly become friends..

Well.. I wish you the best of lucks :)

time heals all wounds, sounds corny but it's true. Going away to college is a major step so the break up may have been something in the making.. Move on my friend

what do you really want? do you want a relationship? then, get back on track and woo her once more. you think you're not ready to get married? well then, tell her. if she feels you're not the right one for her then let her go and find someone else. you just need to make up your mind about what you really want and act accordingly. its pointless giving her a gift if you dont want to be back with her... its pointless too if you give her a gift and yet you dont want to talk to her... make up your mind

Well two wrongs never make a right. I am referring to past ages. Again, you could have been a winner if you are used to giving well. Consider the word "give", pal.

you know you are the man.. you should atleast understand of what a man does in this world.. sometimes we should understand the situation of the women.. u just have to take a lot of patience.. a lot of patience and understanding will make you mature enough to face those upcoming problems.. even in your ownself.. be strong.. hope that helps.

yeah, lot's of guys break up with us and we never hear from them again...most of the time that is fine with us...(especially if yoy have seen each other naked lol) but you never know. i mean, what is the worst that can happen? she will confirm your fears that she thinks you are a giant ******? so what, you can go on with your life....best case she will be glad to hear from you......you never know until you go for it.
