I am a girl and I can tell you this. They are probably dirty and new brakes intend to sqeak. But you say when you turn it sqeaks te most. Maybe it is not the brake. Maybe it is the ballbearing

To permanently stop the pad harmonics that cause brake squeal give serious thought to the following: Remove the calipers and pads. Thoroughly clean off the back steel non-friction side with CRC Brake Clean. From NAPA, Car Quest or Auto Zone pick up a plastic squeeze bottle of CRC Brake Quiet. It's a high temperature silicone that never melts or hardens beyond a soft spongy consistency. It's not a grease. Grease does not belong anywhere near a brake pad. Apply a coating .060 - .090 to the steel side non friction side of the pads and let them dry for 20 - 30 minutes. If your pads have anti-rattle shims on the back side and are firmly in place leave them there, coat the orange / red silicone over the shims. If the anti-rattle shim plates are loose toss them in the trash before coating the steel side of the pads.
Be sure your slider pins are well lubricated with synthetic grease.
Metallic and semi-metallic pads make the most noise followed by the cleaner Ceramic pads. Organic pads make the least dust and dirt and never cause undue rotor wear.
Off-shore rotors rust, pit, warp and wear faster than American, Canadian, or British brands.

I have worked on my car alot and used to sell auto parts. Heres a few reasons they might squeek.
1. the metal shim's or plates or clips that clip in before you put in the pads may be off set so they scratch against the rotor, theses are cheap and can be purchased at most auto places. Also, cheap breaks can do this. Its best to spend the extra money and get higher quality breaks that use ceramic or metalic pads. I.E ( Thermoquiet or Breakbest Brands) Oreilly auto parts carrys them. These also last a lot longer.
Also, Use break cleaner to sprey down all the new parts as you install them to keep debre and old break dust from getting on them. Also, i have found that if you get a very fine grit sand paper and sand the pads and clean them before installing them, this helps.
If they do it more durring a turn, it could be that your lug nuts arent tightened enough and the force of the turn is causeing the rotor to, again, rub up againt the metal clips that are on the top and bottome groves where the brak pads fit in. Tighten lug nuts securely and work criss cross while tightening. Most likely its just those metal shims or plates are not set in right.

question... update when you have the answer..
does it only squeek when you hit the brakes? first, theres always the chance that whoever replaced the pads and rotors did it wrong. theres a ton of things that can make a similar sound in the wheel area, pads, rotors, calipers, axles, tie rods, etc.
need more info

Cheap brake pads will squeak more than the good ones. Some people like the squeaking b/c it let's them know the brakes are working.

I think that John has the right track on this. You might try a bit of grease on the caliper slides. Not much though, just a little.

all of these things are possible...but another possibility is the type of brake pads you put on your car (the material they are made of)...yet another is that they were improperly installed, especially if they are loud while turning
