well doing ballet will help "tone" you legs, have you been doing ballet previously (if not you can't be professional) and if yes what grade are you on, can you dance en pointe? You probably need to go to ballet school as well

You dont have to be super thin to be a ballet dancer, I was always chunky when I used to dance and there was no problem. If you take ballet classes you can tone your legs and make your stomach flat just by taking the classes. If you are talking about being a professional ballerina, then you may be a little to late. Most professionals start when they are very young, but it also depends on how well you learn.

Well, to begin with, you will have the primary attention that I suppose could be very relevant, you're a dancer, and understand the technical facet of dance. Dance critics understand approximately the historical past of dance, procedures, dance luminaries, businesses, theatre areas, the relationships of one-of-a-kind dance affects on each and every different, and at the present scene. The aesthetic query, that's the activity of interpretation and appreciation for the intent of assessment, is of the maximum significance. If can watch a blinding and enormous efficiency however can not inform approximately it, no person will learn what you can not write. My recommendation is to turn out to be as informed within the arts as viable. Study different artwork varieties, seeing that you're going to have to give an explanation for what you're seeing and as a rule examine them. You may not be in a position to look and write what you have no idea. See the whole thing you'll. Read different critics paintings, no less than in the beginning. Find any individual you suppose is satisfactory and mannequin your person variety making use of one of the crucial matters you respect such a lot approximately that man or woman. It is an highly aggressive and incredibly highbrow factor to be a critic and also you ought to understand approximately many matters. Good success, and I desire I had been of help.

Your height is 155cm and your weight is 55kg. You know what? You are definitely not fat. You are fit and healthy. To tone up your upper leg and thighs and to slim down your hips/waist, and to flatten your tummy, simply use a Stepper machine and do Lunges. Great results! Hey, age or weight is never an issue in pursuing what you want best. All that matters is the passion. I'm 15 and stiff and just joined cheerleading. I am happy doing so.
