Yes, it is easy .First, you mush clear that only MP4 and MOV format can play on your iPod, so, you need to convert your PowerPoint presentations to MP4 or MOV format, then put them on your iPod and enjoy it!
There are many software can make the process easier, I have done this before ,but the difference is that I play it on DVD, I used an all-in-one PowerPoint to video converter, you can also have a try from the website:

Hope it will help you!

Hi
If you are using a Mac, in PowerPoint use File > Make Movie.
Click the Movie Options button
Use a custom size (something smaller) like 320x240. If you know the size of your iPod screen then use numbers to match it.
Put the resulting movie file into iTunes to get it into your iPod.

purely convert it to MP4 or H.264 supported by making use of iPod. i take advantage of Cucusoft iPod action picture/Video Converter that can convert exceptionally much all video format, e.g. DivX, XviD, MOV, rm, rmvb,dvr-ms, MPEG, WMV, AVI to iPod action picture / iPod Video format. speedy instruction manual: Step a million: Convert your video to MP4 or H.264 supported by making use of iPod. Step 2: Import the converted action picture to iTunes. Step 3: connect your iPod on your pc, sync the action picture on your iPod. wish it helps!
