that makes you feel happy and you think that your heart may burst with happiness?
Mine is re-tucking my children in before I go to bed, and kissing them on the forehead. Best of all, is if one should half wake up and see me and give me a sleepy smile and when I tell them that I love them, and they say it back that is the bit where my heart feels like bursting.

First if I am able to help the beggars or the indigents in the street. I really feel elated when I do that. Of course when I am spending time with girlfriend talking and strolling in the park...

Laying between my cat (who is like a son to us) and my husband, in bed, having family cuddle time. Makes me calm and at-ease and also makes me want to burst with joy.
