nope, but during our marriage registration i forgot my husbands name. it was Bad.

Yes, when I was like 13 I forgot my name, my whole name, for awhile. I've forgotten my middle name a couple of times too.
My boyfriend and brother have forgotten their own names too. It must be an adolescence thing.

Actually I have a few times. When I'm put on the stop in a nerve-wrenching situation, like a interview or something I forget my name!!

Yep! I just got hired as a teacher and I get so confused as to who should know my first name and who should only know me by my last that when I introduced myself sometimes I just blank on the whole thing.

No but I am going through some major stress and forgot my sons birthday when someone asked. They thought I was nuts :)

I go by my middle name so forget to answer when someone calls me by my first name!
