Usually there is a concentration like Information Systems, but it very much depends on the school.

Commerce as an undergrad course majoring in IT and eventually graduating with an MBA is offered in most universities as a 5 yr course. Further specialization in any of the IT subjects is also available, Check out the college or university of your choice.
