I don't think it's your rotors. It could be tires out of balance or you could have tie rod ends that are loose or worn out. Get it checked now!

Check your wheel balance. When you get a vibration in the vehicle/steering wheel most of tehe time it is from improper wheel balance. Often tire shops get in a hurry and do the good enough rather than the correct balance.
Were it the brakes the vibration would come and go when you braked. Any other suspension problem would be constant and more noticable at lower speeds.

I would bet if you get a good tire balance your problem would go away.

Best of luck

It could be many things, is the car front wheel or rear wheel drive? Most newer, non sports cars are front wheel. Check tire pressure, balance and alignment. Have the whole suspension checked out, including steering system (rack, tie rod ends, CV joints, etc.) How old are the tires? sometimes they wear very badly or even swell oddly and this can cause that problem. If it is a rear drive check driveshaft balance and UV joints.

Hope this helps

Your car is going too fast maybe. I had a '92 F-150 and the speedometer only read "85" and after I pushed past that. It started to vibrate.

Go for the wheel balance, sometimes you knock the lead weights off when you hit kerbs and pot holes etc.

My g-ma had this problem with her car and she just needed a front end alignment. They told her after they fixed it to try to avoid hitting bumps and holes and stuff and it would help keep it aligned.

Hope this helps!!
