Ummm probably, given a good arguement complete with evidence, graphs, suprise witnesses and character testimonies and if all that doesn't work... good ol' DNA proof might work.

you're able to have stable and adequate the explanation why that individual could replace their techniques. tell them the excuses why they could replace their techniques in the previous it somewhat is too overdue, or tell them what would happen in the event that they does not replace their techniques.
