Does this seem unfair and selfish of my husband?

My husband and i have been happily married 16 yrs and about 5 months ago he said he wanted to start giving me oral which he has never done before and this has never bothered me cause he satsifies me when we make love although thru the yrs i have often wondered what it was like..Well like i said its been 5 months and he hasnt done it yet and everytime after sex when i ask him why he didnt he either says "i will" or "next time" or "im going to" and 1 time he said "i forget"i felt like saying yea sure..When he brought this subject up he said he had been thinking about it and wanting to do it for awhile but didnt know how i would feel about it plus he said he thought it would be something i would like..Although i never ask for this i am a little disappointed and feel let down that he tells me this,gets my hopes up then doesnt do it..

Over the weekend after not mentioning it for about a month or so i ask him about this and he said "i will" but we made love that night and of course he didnt do it..I have always given him oral and i love doing that..I think it was wrong for him to tell this and then not do it..Should i give up on him ever giving it to me..When i have mentioned this to him he seems annoyed and i dont know why cause he is the 1 that brought it up not me.

I DONT nag him about this like i said over the weekend was the first time in over a month.

Of course this is selfish and unfair. If he is this selfish in sex it seems all too likely that he is selfish in other areas of your life as well. For 16 years you have been giving him oral and he has never returned that favor for you, even when you have said you would like it. That's plainly selfish and it's clear that his priority is not attempting to please you.
